Eco-tourism a definition: A form of tourism that appeals to the ecologically and socially conscious. Eco-tourism focuses on local culture, wilderness adventures, volunteering and would typically involve travel to destinations where cultural heritage are the primary attractions.
WWF statistics state there are 1,000 Giant Pandas roaming free in the beautiful countryside of Sichuan. Many of our tours mentioned in this web site incorporate the Panda Conservation Centre near Chengdu. However we have worked with the Sichuan Tourist Administration and can now go a step further via GPS tracking and Volunteering work.
We think, although not yet widely recognised as an eco tourism destination the Peoples Republic of China has allot to offer, hence we have Great pleasure in offering you the following itinerary;
| Day 1 | Begin your Journey to Sichuan, South West China | |
| Day 2 | On arrival in Chengdu airport you will be collected and transferred to Wolong where you will stay in the 2 star Panda Inn Hotel for 4 nights. | B |

In the afternoon you will be taken to the Yinchanggou valley here you will enjoy the afternoon Trekking in the Valley. | B |
| Day 4 | Today is the day you will go in search of the Giant Panda’s. The day will start with a drive up to Panda Valley from here you will hike up into the valley enjoying the views as you rise up. Under assistance of the local tracking expert you will go in search of the Giant Panda using the assistance of the GPS tracking system. Enjoy seeing the Panda’s in their natural habitat. A walk back to the Panda Inn for lunch. The rest of the day will be spent at your leisure. | B |
